Privacy Policy

This application (“the App”) is an internal tool of Soprano Dental House, Lviv, Ukraine. It is used only by the clinic itself to manage its own social media accounts (Threads, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram) and to read statistics of its own advertising accounts. The App has no other users.

What data we access

• Basic profile of the clinic’s own accounts (account ID, username).
• Posts, videos and their statistics (views, likes, replies, shares) of the clinic’s own accounts.
• Advertising statistics of the clinic’s own ad accounts.
• Public information from the Meta Ad Library.

How we use it

Only to publish content approved by the clinic, and to prepare internal reports on what content and ads perform well. We do not sell, share or transfer data to third parties and do not use it for advertising profiling of individuals.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored on the clinic’s private server with restricted access and are never published. Statistics are stored on the same server.

Data deletion

You can revoke the App’s access at any time in your account settings (Threads/Instagram: Settings → Account → Website permissions; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions; Facebook: Settings → Business integrations). See data deletion instructions.
